    We'll contact you shortly with a free quote! Once you approve it you can then drop off the device in-store.

    We'll work on your device and contact you when it's ready to be picked up. Only pay on pick up.

How much will tech repair/support cost?

We bill only $60/hour for tech repair and/or support.

Any parts (if necessary) cost extra.

What services do you offer?

Although it doesn't cover everything, here is a general list of our services:

  • Desktop Computers and laptops (Windows & Mac).
  • iPhones, iPads, Android Phones and Tablet Repair (Screen and battery replacement).
  • Friendly tech support in-store or at your home with a house-call.
  • Total Virus Removal, Driver and operating system updates.
  • Factory resets, system de-bloats and system software optimization. 
  • PC component upgrades, PC Re-Case, Thermal Re-Paste, Etc.
  • Computer dusting, deep cleaning and maintenance.

Do you do house calls?

Absolutely! For house-calls we charge our standard $60/hr rate plus a flat fee of $50 within Alexandria or $100 elsewhere (up to 150km away from our store).
