How much will repair service/support at Alexandria Customs cost?
You pay only $50 per hour for our friendly tech support services and basic repairs!
Repair jobs of a more complex/delicate nature may be subject to premium rates.
Any parts (if necessary) cost extra. You're more than welcome to fill out the form at the bottom of this page to get a free quote and establish a price before we fix your device.
What services do you offer?
Although it doesn't cover everything, here is a general list of our services:
- Desktop Computer and Laptop repair (Windows & Mac).
- General electronics repair: radios, TVs, game consoles, etc.
- iPhones, iPads, Android Phones and Tablet Repair (Including screen/battery replacement).
- Friendly tech support in-store or at your home with a house-call.
- Total Virus Removal, Driver and operating system updates.
- Factory resets, system de-bloats and system software optimization.
- PC component upgrades, PC Re-Case, Thermal Re-Paste, Etc.
- Computer dusting, deep cleaning and maintenance.
Do you do house calls?
Absolutely! For house-calls we charge our standard $50/hr rate plus a flat fee of $50.00 within Alexandria and area or $100.00 elsewhere (up to 150km away from our store).
