How does shipping and delivery work?

To ensure your computer arrives safely, we hand deliver our custom computers right to your door! So that we can provide the best level of customer care we choose not to ship any of our PCs through mail. Our delivery zone is anywhere within a 150km radius of Alexandria Ontario. This spans from Ottawa all the way to Montreal. Please contact us to arrange an appointment for delivery.

 

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes! We're happy to offer our customers flexible payment options through partnership with Affirm. To choose a payment plan, select Affirm when you checkout through our website. We can deliver your computer as soon as 48 hours following approval.

 

Are your computers new or used?

It depends on the computer. Some pre-built computers are made entirely out of refurbished parts. These computers offer great value and are typically our budget friendly options. Some computers are a mix of refurbished and new. And some computers are made from all-new parts, typically our higher end options. Feel free to ask us about any particular computer to learn which components are new or refurbished!

In the case of custom requests, it is entirely your decision whether you want to use cost-saving refurbished components or all-new components for your custom build.

 

What does refurbished mean?

When we refer to something as refurbished it means it has been repaired (if applicable), deep cleaned, stress tested, had all previous data erased (if applicable), and certified working like-new by an associate of Alexandria Customs.
